Sandhya has extensive experience as a Program & Project Manager. In addition to helping her clients in several major industries with managing their projects, she plays that role each and every day for her own two businesses where she needs to concurrently manage the development and deployment of several products and services. She has been utilizing Traditional and Agile project management methodologies utilizing Scrum as well as Kanban frameworks. She has also developed a proprietary scaled waterfall methodology (currently pre-patent).
- Develop and manage entire project delivery lifecycle. Develop project plans which address various IS connection points (e.g. security, architecture) as well as Governance mandates (e.g. privacy, government regulations) in addition to managing successful delivery. Develop and manage communication and change management initiative.

Sandhya has more than fifteen years of experience as a senior ERP Solutions Analyst, Architecture and Integration Specialist. She has over nine yrs. of experience in the analysis, design and implementation of Human Resources, Learning, Payroll & Time-Scheduling applications and two yrs. of experience in Human Resources.
